The Powder Blue Tang is also known as the Powder Blue Surgeonfish. This is a very sought after fish because of its bright colors and bold markings.

The Powder Blue Tang has various colors of blue and the dorsal and pectoral fins are highlighted with a bright yellow. It’s face and tail is outlined with blue/black markings. They can be extremely aggressive towards other tangs as well as fish similar in shape and size. Only one Powder Blue Tang should be kept in a tank at time. They should be kept in a 100 gallon tank or larger with plenty of space to swim and live rock with algae growing on it. They will eat the meaty food you feed your other fish in the tank but to keep them healthy offer them plenty of marine seaweed and algae.
