The Pineapple Triggerfish is also known as Yellowface Triggerfish, and Yellowmargin Triggerfish.
They have a drab, grayish/black color with small black spots to camouflage into the rocks and corals. They are not reef safe and will eat your corals as well as any invertebrates in the tank. They are aggressive fish and should be kept with other aggressive and semi-aggressive fish. Consider adding this fish into your tank last because they can become more aggressive towards new fish in the tank. The Pineapple Trigger should be kept in a 125 gallon tank or larger with rocks and caves. They will need a lot of open space for plenty of swimming. They need a variety of meaty foods like shrimp, squid, krill, clams, snails and small fish. Should be fed 2-3 times a day.
