The Pinktail Triggerfish is also known as the Hawaiian Triggerfish.

These fish have a nice dark emerald green body with a bold pink tail. They have yellow accent on their face and fine. Although they are Triggerfish they are friendlier than many other triggers. Also unlike other triggerfish this one becomes friendlier with age. It will eat shrimp and other crustaceans. The Pinktail Trigger should be kept in an 80 gallon tank or larger with rocks and caves. They can be kept in reef aquariums with caution. They need a variety of meaty foods like squid, krill, clams, and hard shelled shrimp to help wear down their growing teeth.
