The Humu Humu Trigger is also known as the Picasso Trigger. Although this fish can be very aggressive towards other fish it is one of the more popular fish. Should always keep aggressive fish with other aggressive fish and fish that are around the same size.
The Humu Humu Triggerfish has some beautiful markings of black, blue, orange, and yellow. When you see this fish you will know why it is called Picasso. If added at the same time the Humu Humu Trigger and the Clown Trigger can be great in the tank together. The Humu Humu Trigger should be kept in an 80 gallon tank or larger with rocks and caves. They will rearrange your landscape and rocks. Like other Triggerfish they are not reef safe and will eat most invertebrates. They need a variety of meaty foods like shrimp, squid, krill, clams, snails and small fish. Should be fed 2-3 times a day. This fish is similar to a dog in a sense that it will beg for food and eat it right out of your hand. Just be careful it can bite.
